The Pawtucket Animal Shelter is a municipal animal shelter located in SlaterPark in the City of Pawtucket, RI.  (above photo will be updated shortly)

Our shelter provides temporary care and housing for stray and/or abandoned animals found in our city.

DIRECTIONS: Take 95 to Exit 2A (route 1A So., Newport Ave./Pawtucket) Stay on Newport Avenue

for 7 traffic lights. Immediately after the 7th traffic light, you will see the entrance to SlaterMemorial Park on your left side. After turning into the park, stay straight - WE ARE NOW LOCATED JUST BEYOND THE PLAYGROUND.
